Marriage Tribunal II

Went to JPN yesterday. Alot of people, and I have to wait almost two hours. Too bored, I wandered around the office and read all the notices and procedure on the board. I think I began to memorize the marriage/divorce procedure already :-).

Finally they called my name and once I go inside there are 3 people sitting in fron of me. One chinese guy, one Indian guy (who looks annoying), and one Malay lady (the very same lady attending our marriage application and register last time!) I started to sweat (earlier I was shivering of air cond).

Refuse to talk alot, just wait for them to ask me. The look of the Indian guy really makes me nervous and blur, not sure where to start. Another two of them busy writing, and writing on the blue paper. When i was about to start talking the Indian guy suddently went out, feel relieve and focus on the other two. Not very long session. When they asked, I just answer. They ask why I want to divorce, what happen, is there anyway to get back together, etc, etc... Then the Malay lady explain that next month they will call my ex, they will ask him whether he agree with the divorce, if not, they will have to call both of us for counseling session. After that only they will grant me Marriage Tribunal (if I still insist on divorce).

I just hope he didn't turn up for his session. That would makes thing easier. I just want to get over all this as soon as possible, as my daughter still under 7 years old.

Marriage Tribunal

After so long thinking whether to go ahead or hold our divorce, I went anyway last month. The very same place we register, same place take a vow on each other, same staff that handling our marriage last time. Great, feels like couldn't breath. Anway, I need to go for Marriage Tribunal since my husband wouldn't sign joint petition. With Marriage Tribunal Cert, hopefully I could apply for divorce.

Last week receive a call from JPN, informed me about the Marriage Tribunal and the appointment. I asked, what happen if I didn't show up on the appoinment day. She told me that after the third reminder, they will cancel my application, hence I will always married to my husband. So, I marked in my calendar my appoinment. At the same time, thought of checking on him whether he changed his mind about our divorce. Beside, I was angry at somebody at the time and I need somebody to be 'hit'. He seems to be the right person.

I started with asking him whether he will sign the joint petition. To my suprise he said, if he free he will do it, although...he said he prefer for us to go out and dating again. Then, purposely I ask about Darlene's expenses and there the fire started again. I just know where his button is....so predictable and easy. We have big fight on the sms. Unlike last time, even his words really rude and rough, but I smile at the end. I think, I psycho already. Need help.
